Normally shipping costs vary a bit depending on the destination. For Sweden all orders over 499 SEK are free of charge and orders in EUR ship free over 60 EUR. The complete list of regular shipping costs.
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it in 3-5 working days.
We accept major credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. No fees/charges apply to card payments or PayPal payments. Within Sweden, we are also able to offer invoice payment subject to certain conditions and an invoice fee.
Returns & exchanges
We offer returns free of charge within 30 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. To return an item, use the return waybill and the return form which were included with your parcel. Make sure the form is filled out completely. If you are missing any of these, please get in touch with us. The refund will be processed within 3-5 days after we receive the returned item.
Claims & faulty items
If there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we cover items which are inherently faulty but not faults which arise as a result of natural/expected wear & tear.
Approved returns or claims will be refunded within 30 calendar days of receipt, assuming you have provided us with complete and correct information about your purchase.

Order & order confirmation
As soon as we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of order placement. Please check your order confirmation immediately and ensure that all details are correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, or if anything is unclear or appears incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Save your order confirmation for future reference in case you need to contact us regarding your order. If any of your items are out of stock but will be re-stocked in the near future, your order will be delivered as soon as all items are available. If stock shortages cause a delay above and beyond seven (7) working days, you will be notified by email. For further information, please see “Delivery time” below. Please contact us if you wish to remove from your order any items which are not currently in stock and which are causing a delay to the delivery of your order.
Prices, sales & offers
Prices listed on drdenimjeans.com are listed in Swedish local currency and include Swedish Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors and adjust prices in case of exchange rate fluctuations which make listed prices incorrect. We reserve the right to make running adjustments to prices and cancel products and/or orders in case stock of particular products is sold out. Periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid unless otherwise stated as long as the item is available in stock and/or until the end date is reached under the terms specified in each offer/campaign.
Payment Drdenimjeans.com currently offers three means of payment within Sweden. Debit/credit card, PayPal and invoice. Purchases from countries other than Sweden are subject to debit/credit card payment or PayPal. These payment methods cannot be combined on one single order. Drdenimjeans.com cannot accept any other means of payment than those listed above. Drdenimjeans.com does not add any surcharges for payment made via debit/credit card or PayPal. We only sell to private persons. If you choose to pay by a card or via a PayPal-account belonging to a legal person, you are responsible for all additional costs in this connection and you undertake to compensate us for any and all additional costs that we may suffer in this connection.
Drdenimjeans.com currently accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. When you pay by card, the transaction is processed by Adyen in order to ensure fast and secure payment which meets the PCI-DSS requirements. We do not save your card details. All information is encrypted and sent to Adyen via secure servers (SSL/HTTPS).
If you are a Swedish resident, then you may choose to pay by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice, a credit control of your personal social security number is performed automatically. An invoice fee of 19 SEK will be added to your order. You can only pay by invoice subject to an approved automatic credit control. If the control returns a negative result, you are welcome to complete your purchase via debit/credit card or PayPal. An automatic comparison between your personal social security number and your registered postal address is conducted in order to verify your identity. If you choose to pay by invoice, drdenimjeans.com will only be able to deliver to your registered postal address in order to avoid fraud. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your registered address, you are welcome to complete your payment via debit/credit card or PayPal. Please note that the printed invoice is sent with your order. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the invoice date. Delayed payment entails reminder fees of 50 SEK as well as 15% interest per month. Unpaid invoices will eventually be handed over for debt collection which entails additional costs for you. We reserve the right to charge out all costs associated with debt collection to you.

Taxes & fees
Swedish Value Added Tax of 25% is included in all prices listed. No additional charges, other than those listed on your order, will be added when you complete your purchase. Smaller orders are subject to a shipping surcharge. Further details are available under the “Order & Delivery” heading. Reminder fees and interest as well as charges for debt collection may be incurred in the event of delayed or non-payment of invoices. Please note that we do not cover any local customs duties, local VAT on imports or similar fees which may be added to deliveries outside of the European Union.
Sweden: If you place an order which amounts to at least 499 SEK for delivery within Sweden, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 499 SEK are subject to a shipping charge of 39 SEK.
Norway: If you place an order which amounts to at least 699 NOK for delivery within Sweden, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 699 NOK are subject to a shipping charge of 39 NOK.
Denmark: If you place an order which amounts to at least 499 DKK for delivery within Denmark, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 499 DKK are subject to a shipping charge of 39 DKK.
Finland: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within Finland, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 5 EUR.
Germany: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within Germany, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 6 EUR.
France: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within France, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 7 EUR.
United Kingdom: If you place an order which amounts to at least 55 GBP for delivery within the UK, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 55 GBP are subject to a shipping charge of 5 GBP.
Netherlands: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within the Netherlands, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 6 EUR.
Spain: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within Spain, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 9 EUR.
Italy: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within Italy, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 9 EUR.
Portugal: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within Portugal, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 7 EUR.

Belgium: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within Belgium, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 6 EUR.
Austria: If you place an order which amounts to at least 60 EUR for delivery within Austria, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 60 EUR are subject to a shipping charge of 7 EUR.
United States: If you place an order which amounts to at least 150 USD for delivery within USA, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 150 USD are subject to a shipping charge of 9 USD.
Canada: If you place an order which amounts to at least 150 USD for delivery within Canada, shipping is free of charge. Orders amounting to less than 150 USD are subject to a shipping charge of 9 USD.
All parcels sent within Sweden, Denmark and Finland are shipped via Posten MyPack. Parcels are delivered to your nearest service point with sms notification to the mobile phone number you stated on your order or by paper slip notification to your mail box. You need to show the sms notification or the paper slip at the service point in order to be able to pick up your parcel. Small parcels may be sent directly to your mail box. All parcels sent within Germany, Norway, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, USA and Canada are shipped via UPS. Parcels are delivered during office hours so state your daytime address for the delivery. There will be three delivery attempts, after which the parcels will wait for five days at the pick-up spot before being returned. A fee for undelivered parcels will apply. The parcels can be delivered to a neighbour or company desk if requested - please call your local UPS customer service for more information. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, the delivery time is normally 3-5 working days. The delivery time is counted from the time of order placement until the order is available for pick-up or delivered. If the item is not available in stock or delays are caused by the payment process, delivery times may be longer. Please contact us for further information. Please note that your order will be sent when all items are available. If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, the order will be dispatched when all items have arrived in stock. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions concerning delivery times.
Parcels which are delivered to your nearest service point but which you do not pick up, will be returned to us; this will entail an administrative charge of 150 SEK / 150 DKK / 150 NOK / 17 EUR / 15 GBP / 20 USD for you. This fee covers return shipping and handling and is payable by you within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Delayed payment will cause reminder fees and interest to be added, as well as possible charges for debt collection where applicable. Reminder fees are currently 50 SEK per reminder plus interest. Please note that, in the event that you change your mind and wish to return your items or cancel the order, you need to pick up the parcel from your service point and follow our regular return process in order to avoid the charges above. For further details about the return process, see our Return Policy. If you do not pick up your parcel, it will automatically be registered as an uncollected parcel and charges will be due accordingly.
Drdenimjeans.com offers returns free of charge within 30 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. Your right to return items requires such items to be in pristine original and unused condition. All original labels must remain in place where they were when the items left our warehouse. When you return goods, the transport risk is on your account until the items reach our warehouse. According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Act (”distans- och hemförsäljningslagen”) consumers are entitled to return goods within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. You are thus entitled to a return your goods for a full refund by either returning the goods or notifying us within the stated time frame. After the 30 day period, Drdenimjeans.com cannot accept return of goods. We cover the return freight charges for your return if you wish to make use of your right to return goods - on the condition that you use our return waybill. The free of charge return freight does not imply that we will refund the initial shipping surcharge which may have been added at the time of order placement and which covered shipping to you. Please note that we also do not refund any local import duty and/or import Value Added Tax or similar local charges (primarily applicable to deliveries outside of the European Union). Nor do we refund any applicable invoice fees which were added at the time of purchase. The refund will be fully processed within 3-5 days after we recieve the returned item.
Return an item
To return one or more items, please use our return form, which you will find in your parcel. Please make sure that you state 1) order number, 2) your name and 3) your bank details or credit card details depending on how the order was paid.
The transport risk is always on your account even if the return shipping cost is covered by Drdenimjeans.com. This means that you are obliged to pay for the items if they are lost or damaged in transit. Upon returning items, please allow approximately 10 working days for us to register your items. Please observe that we do not accept/collect parcels which are sent “cash on delivery”.
Sweden, Denmark & Finland: Returning is free of charge when shipped with PostNord. Use the waybill included in your parcel and drop the return of at any PostNord access point.
Europe including the UK: Returning is free of charge when shipped with UPS. Use the waybill included in your parcel and drop the returning parcel off at your nearest UPS access point. You can find your nearest acces point on www.ups.com or by calling your local UPS office.
United States & Canada: Please contact us at email@example.com to get your free return waybill.
Norway: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your free return waybill.
As soon as we receive your return we will process it and confirm it to you by e-mail.
If you’re missing your return waybill, please contact our customer service on email@example.com. Please state your order number when contacting our customer service in order to ensure fast and smooth communication. If you return your item more than 30 days after receipt of delivery, return shipping costs will no longer be free of charge and will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping. Transport risk or risk of loss

We cover the transport risk until your order is delivered by the carrier to the shipping address. This means that we are liable in the event that your items disappear before delivery or are damaged in transit. If you notice that the packaging is damaged by the time you pick up or receive your order, please report the damage to the carrier promptly. Such damage must be reported regardless of whether the items are damaged or not.
If your items are damaged or lost during transport, you must notify us within a reasonable time frame and no later than 30 calendar days after the delivery date, in the case of damaged items, or after the scheduled or estimated delivery date, in the case of lost items. If you do not notify us within a reasonable time frame, you are liable for full payment of the order.
All purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in our products is to obtain a refund in accordance with, and within the time periods set forth in, our Return Policy.
Reviews and comments

We reserve the right to cancel orders and payments in the event of suspected fraud. All cases of suspected fraud will be monitored manually and reported to the appropriate authorities.
